Many people have an interest in looking good and feeling great and I’m no exception. After light exercise at the gym and playing the odd bit of sport I started to see the effects on my body shape and muscle definition and this led the way to defining this further.

I started, like many young men, just lifting as much as I could in order to challenge myself but I soon became aware that with a little determination and a lot of dedication I could start to build muscle and look like I really wanted to look.

Then I hit the well known ‘wall’ and this knocked my confidence as I was losing heart in the program and my regime because I wasn’t developing at the rate I had hoped. I started researching the web and bodybuilding magazines and found that many professionals use weight gaining and protein supplements to build muscle rapidly to achieve their optimum shape and size.

This interested me massively and a short while later – here I am writing a blog about it :)
